Rooted IA Ledger had an NRD of $170-180, so the deluxe version of this will probably be around 200 or so if I had to guess, premium will probably be similar to the NRD for the Type B JND Ledger Joker which was $480.

No. John said that the limited nature of this was something they were looking into during development. They decided against it because they didn't want scalpers buying it up for reselling.
