I went all in on this one. Would rather pay a bit more to have the one's that I want and not miss out. Just really hoping these come out well.

They said they’ll optimize the red suit. can’t wait to see those improvements

If they do it will be the same situation here. Because Todd Phillips doesn't want his films to be a merchandise asset more so a art film/ passion project. That's definitely why this set cost so much and is putting people off from getting it.

Has the studio said anything about this ruling true for the sequel too? Shame if so.

Don't know we'll have to wait and see. Todd Phillips admitted he doesn't want the film to be another comic movie but a character study.

Yes but he definitely will probably allow InArt to make another set for Joker 2 with Joker and Harley as long as they charge around the same amount as these sets. That was his stipulation for the license rights.

Inart figures are great but they are sometimes out of my price range. That leaves me with third-party options for characters like this, which aren't always up to par. I would of been all over that Joker set if I was able to just grab the version I wanted. (Not Inart's fault). It's disappointing because it's not like Joker is a one off or "cult like" character, like what many third-party figures are. It's Joker for crying out loud!

I really hope WB steps in and changes that for the sequel, or the very least give us that information up front.

I mulled this over and over and really want the phoenix joker…. I broke and ordered the 2 pack. I don’t need the 4 by any means but I did it. Really happy with inart and hope they continue to consider the fans. I think their recent Batman release pushed me over the edge.

Well, I try to prioritise not abiding by restrictions placed on pursing my interests by people who tell me I don’t deserve the things I want.
But that’s just me.

the thing is kit incorporates the shipping costs so it pretty flat rate, one and done, this is why I only trust Kit for these regional releases.

I didn't say anything about Kit or the shipping price haha that was Scout.

If i had to preorder this I would've gotten it from Kit for sure, he's my go to seller all day everyday.

If single figure sets were available, I may have only gone for Murray show Joker and I bet that would have been the majority of people’s preference.
Although, since the Bathroom figure looked good enough to convince me of ordering the 4 pack, I probably would have gotten that as well.
Then, I’d have told myself ‘Now you’ve got the transitional stage but no starting point so the story on your shelf will be incomplete. Better get Arthur Fleck as well’ and I’d essentially be in the same spot I am now.

I’d say I’m glad to have the premium deluxe (whatever InArt are calling it) on the way but, I’ll be more clear on my feelings when that balance payment invoice comes through.
Really hoping whenever it releases is a quiet month.

Yeah I’m just limited on space didn’t have the need or display for 4 clowns. And those dioramas are huge. I’m still unsure on how I’m gonna display them.
