@Aybaig I really love JND's masked sculpt. Take it, fix the nose, the eyes, add a little stubble, and shrink it to 1/6. That's my perfect sculpt.

And I agree with @Cap'n Cook
I'd scarifice articulation for a more seamless look. I don't think it needs to be a single mold necessarily... but Inart hasn't done it most effectively.

Agreed on that. The JND is perfect. Flawless to me.

Perhaps.. the head could be pulled forward on the joint, without having to tilt it backwards, such that the separation of the cowl can align better with the back of the neck. I hope.. but won't know before it's in hand.

I think this very minimal and crude edit on the right makes it look like the real person. It speaks to the strengths of the sculpt.

Interested to see people futz with the hair, the straight down onto the face side parting shots always bugged me when it's nowhere near his face in the film.

Do you know if water with a brush be all that’s needed to futz the rooted hair? I’m thinking to style the hair somewhat but wasn’t sure quite how to go about it!

It’s been demonstrated in the Chinese review that, since the head sits on a double ball joint, it has some sideways tilt- but it appears impossible to ever have a flush connection like your edit since the head section is wider all around than the neck specifically to allow for more articulation.

Only negative for me is the cape length. Unfortunately, switching the the HT would be inadequate since it lacks the inner lining and has the hideous, exposed folded stitching, which would be visible from a frontal view.

Might be the one thing I’d consider upgrading if anyone can come up with a perfect replacement.

The HT and the InArt both sorely deserve a better ‘drape’ cape.

InArt came so close but were slightly off on the length and shape.

I’d appreciate a drape and wired cape on all heroic figures in the future- as well be getting with superman.
Hopefully Batfleck and all InArt caped figures get two capes from now on.

Really don't think I've ever seen a wired cape able to pull off a natural looking drape effect.

Worst capes are the ones with weak wires. Neither drape nicely nor strong enough to hold poses. Hot Toys Reeve Superman comes to mind.

Yeah, with Superman coming with both drape and wired, hopefully that's what's been set going forward for all that have a cape.
