I just bought myself the same unit. And two towers. I am not sure how to add LEDs and hide the wires. Which did you use and how did you do it. Looks amazing
I’ve still got one of the half height Vittsjos downstairs next to the tv where I put new figures for a while before moving them into the collection room.
Here’s an attempt to show the inside

I have put acrylic al around this one using magnetic tape so it’s dust free and has a touch button on the outside for the lights.

First step is using acrylic tape to attach aluminium corner light diffusers around the insides of the side and horizontal frames.

Then you just stick a strip of LED lights around the frame so there are far fewer wires to hide.

For the half sized unit, I fed my lights through using the below pathway starting at the left side so the on/off switch could be placed at a decent height.

When there’s length to spare, I like running them under the unit too so it gives a fun glow to the floor when turned on.

When I had the three vittsjos in a line, I used 3 10 metre rolls of LEDs and crisscrossed them to cover all the frames most efficiently and they al turned on together from the shared extension cord.

For a single full sized unit, you could feed the lights like this- starting at the bottom presumably near a power source

The towers can follow a similar pattern

Now, If you only wanted horintal lighting and nothing at the sides, you could cut the led strip and uses extension connector cables for the sides and stil conceal them inside a diffuser or a slim piece of cable trunking that you’d attach to the inside.

Make sure the number of ‘pins’ matches the led strip. Will only be 2 or 3 if they’re just white lights.

You just need to figure out where your power source will be and how you want to turn them on and off.
