I think if you have him next to Gandalf wich is rooted you should be going for a rooted Aragorn as well. As a standalone Aragorn you can go for sculpted wich looks good to. Anyway this piece does look great especialy next to Gandalf. I am mostly exited for a Nazgul just to create a battle scene Aragorn fighting a Nazgul. With a light up torch maybe.... oh man can you imagine that display. The Nazgul character is by far my favorite design in the whole franchise though. But for now Aragorn definitely makes me exited!

A torch would be awesome to recreate that scene. If InArt were still doing their Nazgul then I'd have expected to get a torch there but I'm guessing we're out of luck.

Rooted is the way to go but I'd still like to grab a sculpted hair just to upgrade my Helms Deep Aragorn at hopefully much lower cost than trying to buy a parted out rooted sculpt.

The Nazgul was cancelled ?

The non influencer batch Aragorns have started shipping, and mine just arrived.

I don't know... Something's off.

Am I right in saying that the LOTR figures have sold better than the DC, Harry Potter and other licenses?
If so then its entirely possible they will do the entire Fellowship - which would be incredible.

I don't think its been officially declared but based on the interviews with John from InArt that seems to be the outcome because he's confirmed Legolas is next and they want to carry on with the Fellowship itself, no mention of the Nazgul unfortunately.
Nazgul was brought up recently, I believe in a livestream with Will Foxification. John did mentioned they still planned to do that figure when they spoke about LOTR villains. However, it didn’t sound as if any work had started on it.

Good thing they don't need resources for the head. Just for costume. Which could be a nice "in between" figure.

Anyway, any experiences with how far in advance the influencers get their figures? Should we still expect end of the year for first batch aragorn or can we hope earlier?

Interesting as Inart seem to have a habit of Modding the sculpt near the end and then getting backlash. 😂

Jail cell joker sculpt wasn't the same as final - a tad big.

Batman got revised and people are saying it's too small.

Now this a the proto was dead on perfect!

So currently with The Batman, influencers received them in April. Supposedly the first real batch will go out early July. That would be a 3 month difference. I'm pretty sure it was August for Gandalf with real release in November. We are probably looking at September or October for him to got out officially unless so.ething changes.

We'll see where this goes. Would definitely be cool. We need Legolass and Gimli first though

Not exactly but I aguess combined maybe? 🤔 According to OSK, BvS Superman was his biggest seller but LOTR are right behind. Not sure if that’s any indication of all the sales across all retailers, but that’s the only concrete information we have. However, I wouldn’t be surprised if BvS Batman becomes the biggest seller once he’s up for order to be honest.

From OSK in the Ron Thread: Superman > Aragorn > Gandalf > Batman > Harry Potter/Ron

Pretty sure the most recent interview with InArt (in Chinese,) they confirmed they intended to do the entire Fellowship.

Count me in!
