A mistake that glaring, especially with SS eyes here in the forums, would've been addressed and corrected or at least acknowledged if they didn't catch it in proofing.

Or they think we're smart enough to figure out it was simply that, a mistake.

I think most of us know this.... SS will string us along for a year or two then subtlety slip in during an Ask Sideshow that the 1/6 Indy line has been dead for months.... Five sad monkeys....

Not for a product release as important as a $70 polystone fridge. Glaring oversights like that get people fired. I think we won't hear crap for about six months, then, as they did with Gandalf, they'll release KOTCS Indy to close the line. Again, it's a fitting bookend. To offer proof, all one has to do is look at all the other lines they've done it to. But hey, like the Kurgans did, you can start a group calling for a TOD Indy that'll never happen.

Not for a product release as important as a $70 polystone fridge. Glaring oversights like that get people fired. I think we won't hear crap for about six months, then, as they did with Gandalf, they'll release KOTCS Indy to close the line. Again, it's a fitting bookend.

I'm Just saying KOTCS Indy won't be cancelled. I think that's what the main concern was for some when Sideshow said there'd be a pause after Henry.

With the exceptions of Marion, Mola, and maybe Map Room Indy & Short Round, we got everyone (plus a crappy German Indy) that we ever really had a shot at getting.

Hopes of 3rd tier characters like Vogel, Grail Knight, Sapito and the like were nothing more than crack induced fanboy wanks.

I kinda thought for sure they'd do Short Round. What the hell are they saving that Hobbit body for? I guess they don't care about trying to recoup the development costs on that thing.

Well then maybe someone from SS should post something to set the record straight and give us some straight upfront answers instead of dropping misleading "hints" that always get misconstrued out of proportion. I know I'd rather they just gave us an honest answer one way or another. If the line is done then just say it's done. If it's not, then just say it's not. Why is that so difficult?

Nope. Club Obi-Wan (White Tux) Indy was in design/prototyping at one point. I was really looking forward to that one.

Why crappy German Indy instead of ANY of those others? WHY?

if they kill they line. which i don't see them doing. because i like the figures. i hope they go back and do a an ultimate indiana jones. take the head from the german and combine it with the hat and gives us what we want.
because truly if the line goes. i will be done with them..because there not putting any 12 inch figures out besides star wars that there doing. it's either hot toys or medicom or some other company anymore.
just a bummer for a couple months. means i can fatten up the wallet.

Might want to check out the Joe line. IMHO, and LOTR aside, it's Sideshow's best work in 1:6.

JOE will be next on the chopping block. Just a matter of time. That will end before tons of characters people actually want will be made. This is becoming the standard M.O. in Sideshow 12" lines.

And I still contend there's at least a 50/50 chance that the SW 12" line will end before we see the likes of Chewie, the droids, and Yoda.

Sideshow's never concerned with fulfilling lines before they're dead... err, "on hold". SW is really no exception, either. A bunch of boring Rebel Soldiers and Imperial Commanders but no R2, Chewie, Yoda or 3P0 four years into the line... and we're still not even close to seeing those apparently. Wake up and read the tea leaves.

if by chance sideshow did just do certain 12inch and then jjust did statues and diorama's. i would only want hot toys to do there version of the perfect rotla indiana jones and marion and sallah. no need to recapture everything sideshow had already done.
