Yep i have 5 fedex bills infront of me now all at 5% VAT and a £10 clearance admin charge.

when you get it the tax code info will look like this.

The bit that says C with the A under it is the bit that gets you 5% VAT instead of the normal 17.5%

They made a mistake on my last one but i called them and they said yes it's our mistake and statues are classed as art so we'll send you a new bill at the 5%

Oh and the paint is great. You can see a tiny bit of a problem area on the right side of the chin section but it really only surfaced during the picture taking. I don't see any problems at all where it's displayed in person.

Well I can't complain about the paint job that I recieved on my Ironman. As with most statues you you have your blemishes that you can find, but overall it's pretty well done. Mostly bought this statue with the anticipated release of War Machine, which is my favorite of them all.

It looks like even that one has some brushlines. From what I have seen, all pictures have some brushlines/not smooth gold on the chin, just varying amounts. The brushlines on my IM's chin are way sloppier and I have scuff marks on the side of his chin. Either way, that chin should be perfect and any imperfections are unacceptable for the pricetag.

Guys, don't accept mediocrity.

Have they confirmed that you will be getting a replacement? I still haven't heard anything from my vendor and he told me it would take a few days for SS to reply... that was Tuesday.
