There is a place to apply for a job with Stark Industries, similar to the Heroes marketing back with Primatech when that show started. You have to fill out an actual application and should be interesting to see what comes of it.

The Marvel booth was doing this at SDCC.

"Hello, we're hiring at Stark industries, fill out an application,...." I didn't pay much attention other than that though.

I filled out an App last week and received an email today that I'm in the first pool of serious potential candidates. :lol

Thanks for the heads up! I'll definitely fill out one. This is a great way to promote movies and it never ceases to amaze me how much of a following these create.

I will say though I can't imagine any viral campaign ever topping that used to promote The Dark Knight.

I applied for Research and Development Iron Man Suit Test Pilot. :D

I Applied for Stark Industries Test Pilot and put down my piloting experience as reference. :lol

May the best man win.

I found out that one person has already received a reply. Did anyone receive an email acknowledging their submission?

Glad I had time to think of my answers (if this was the same thing as at the convention). I know "all" answers are correct, or "there are no wrong answers" BS, but my answers kicked ass. Kinetic Energy = 0, yes?

I'm waiting to hear back as a co-pilot position.

How do these viral ads work? I've never participated in one before.

Well, my only extensive experience is with The Dark Knight Campaign and that was a wild ride....very wild as in it literally sent you into the actual world searching for clues. For example, one portion of the campaign had people head out to local bakeries to find specially market cakes planted all around the U.S. Inside the cakes were a cell phone. If you received a cell phone, you advance to the "next round."

....Oh....and there were about 24 cakes in the U.S. :lol

:lol My experience was "Involved in many fights through youth, unafraid of war scenarios or battle situations."

I know Carl got one from SI but it was done at Comic-Con I believe. I would imagine more will come shortly.

Yes, the answer was zero. The virals will probably take their lead from TDK's. The phone number you leave will be used usually as leads, like "Go here for this" or "You can go there for that." Most likely with this it'll be faux job interviews or something like that to get free swag. The email addresses are usually given specific links to get secret footage or previews. The addresses you leave will possibly get a few things sent, letters of appreciation for applying, etc, etc, etc. It will be more difficult to do via the job angle they've set up because there is a stopping point unlike the Joker's where there were continuing crime details. My guess is that since rumors are that there is a break in of Stark Industries and tech in the film whoever is on the other side of that will contact you from the stolen information and play that angle as well.

If 42E created the IM2 viral games, then yes, this will be nothing short of phenomenal.

You have to love those ninjas. :rock

I only left my real email. abbreviated address and not my real phone number, as I thought this would lead to more junk mail and telemarketers.

Is it worth using real info?
