Yup, saw that. This shouldn't be a problem now. Sideshow has drastically cut down on the number of lighting features. Each of these pieces can be removed individually so that replacing batteries is as easy as asking F.R.I.D.A.Y.
Did any one see this. Each part of the statue will have batteries

Completely agree. The only reason I have the Mark 7 half scale is because I got it for 100$[emoji12] [emoji12]Yup, saw that. This shouldn't be a problem now. Sideshow has drastically cut down on the number of lighting features. [emoji38]
I'm still interested in seeing how the paint app turns out, but I've become less interested in this because it won't sit well with me having a 1/2 scale that's less accurate than a 1/4 counterpart.

Sometimes the truth has to hurt a little.Coldblooded.

But I do like seeing that idea of each part having batteries. Cuts down on less going wrong, IMO.
This is definitely a problem when you decide to have all statues on. This means that you'll have to manually turn each piece to each Iron Man statue on. Not to mention the fact that if the piece is under glass, you can imagine the headache. I would really prefer to have the power option or both. I'm having a really difficult time with the Mark 43 at the moment each time I want the lights on.
Is it actually confirmed that SS will be going with the "battery-based" option again? At least Prime 1 Studios (on their DC 1/2 scale statues) allow you to turn on the everything through one button alone making things much easier.
I would have seriously considered this piece if SS hadn't skimped out on all the lights this suit is supposed to have. For they money they're charging they can add some cheap LEDs to make it accurate. Another example of them dropping the ball BIG TIME!
Doesn't look like this statue will be on display.
