That sux! Hope you don't have to pay premium for it on Ebay. With that being said, just got mine #590 (never gotten anything lower than 100) and it looks AWSOME. I like it more than IM comiquette, and it should be worth more than IM.
Hey RyanGabriel, maybe you can use that $50 torward a matching paint to cover up the paint scruffs, use it for a long distant call to SS to let them know how you feel. Sorry about your situation bud.

Trudat I don't blame yah, I really like Leonidas but something about his eyes bugs me and for some reason I think he much leaner in the movie... I might pick this up later though, I'm still debating...

I did have it pre-ordered in the beginning of the year but then canceled it a few months back.

Well unfortunately things DIDN'T go well so far with my replacement..... I SPECIFICALLY requested that SS send this to me in San Fran, and the replacement STILL went out to Tampa! :mad:

I got email CONFIRMATION from SS saying that it was going to be re-routed to San Fran, which is IN STATE! So WHY THE F would UPS STILL send this out to Tampa?!?!??! :mad::mad::mad:

I'm sorry, I'm just kinda livid right now. To get a package here in the city is s HUGE PITA! I literally have to find the UPS truck MYSELF and get the package since it has a signature required, and the driver has no way of getting into my building without having a key.... :mad::mad::mad:

I'm sorry, but BOTH SS and UPS were at fault here... :mad:

No but on a serious note I would be angry if I specified to SS on where to ship it, etc...

Did you call them and talk to on the phone, if you did, man I can't see how they messed this up unless the shipping labels come off of how you're registered on the SS website...

Sorry to hear that brother....if you call them, maybe then can do something to compensate you for your troubles?

Oooooooohhhh yes. I double TRIPLE checked to make sure they sent this to the write place. I have all my emails SPECIFICALLY asking them to ship it to me in San Fran... AND I even called to verify it.... .But low and behold, when I got the shipment notification it said it was going to TAMPA!!!! :mad:

Within 15 minutes of getting the email I called SS and told them "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!?!?! I said to ship this to me in San Fran and you said OK!!!"

The customer service rep whispered to herself "Oh crap"....... Yeah, so they knew they dropped the ball on this one.... :mad:

Well, I don't know what they could POSSIBLY do to compensate me..... But I've never had them screw up THIS bad. I mean, C'MON! I wrote AND called you AND you even REPLIED confirming it!!!!!

Maybe if they give me a SUPER low price on a 1:1 Iron Man bust I'll be happy..... But even STILL, I'd be paying a lot of money for a DAMAGED item :sick

What's happening with you Sideshow? A very simple instruction and request and you still dropped tha ball:horror
 
Sorry to hear about your troubles Chris. An absolutely MINT piece is the least you should get as a compensation!

I just got tracking info for my Iron Spidey. Should be here on Thursday, hopefully mint too!
