Hey Guys - Has anyone in the UK got hold of one of these yet? forbiddenplanet.co.uk changed the availability from "pre-order" to in Stock last week. reasonable too at £169.99.

I went ahead and ordered one, but who knows when/if it will get to me.

My spiderman arrived with several scratches and rubs. Does anyone know how long it takes Sideshow to reply back to a Returns request. It has been almost 5 business days since I emailed them.

Agreed. Calling is the way to go.

As pmtz said, good luck on that replacement. Unless you have a regular version, I don't see much hope for a replacement request on an Exclusive.

When I got my my replacement request reply, it took probably 48 hours, but that was because I emailed them on a Sunday.

It took 6 working days for them to get back to my email so I wouldnt worry just yet.
