So.... you all can thank me in your own time for this piece... no rush. :lol

Remember all the Naysayers when I made the Iron Spidey Petition thread? Now we have an awesome piece to thank for it. :D :rock

I wasn't around at that time so...here's some close up pics of mine!

iron man got his head bashed in :D

I am having a little problem with mine tho...the downward pointing leg, it doesn't seem to fit in the hole on the base...the brick from the base blocks it...anybody else have this problem?

here he is #375/750, and he appears to be near perfect/mint.

Mines just came in today (#72 exclusive). I had the same trouble as you did. i just messed with inserting both pegs in at different angles. You'll get it in time!

Got my Iron Spidey today and he is just as awesome as he was at SDCC 08.

yeah, would be nice except not enough head room:( damn older houses with lower basement ceilings

Oh, I didn't even notice that. Either way, it's looks amazing though! :rock :rock

I saw your new collection set up as well in the other thread, and WOW!!! Very nice!

It took awhile to fit it in place on mine. I ended up by turning both statue and base upside down, lining it up, and then slowly let it slide in place using the weight of the base.

I was very careful not to get paint rubs too, but I agree, it is an awkward fit.

Looks like a deltoph works really well for this piece. Keep him in glass.

Is anyone else worried about the somewhat loose fit of the bionic arms? Or just worried about the arms in general. One wrong move and those will be the first to go. I considered displaying mine without the arms.

actually these shelves are in the same style as a detolf, but are wider and made by a company called jysk, as for the looseness of the arms, i thought the top ones weren't that bad, but the bottom one just kinda seems to sit there in his back and resting on the base on mine. really think it could end up going for a tumble sometine. maybe.

If it's to match your Spider-man PF, then check eBay regularly. Who knows...your #3 might be waiting for you. Good luck.

I would like to get a #3 one of these days. Who knows. Maybe this will be the one. :monkey3

Congrats, MinMay on the low #.

Charged!
I was thinking about cancelling and getting the regular instead from a retailer. Would have saved almost 100$...
But seeing those pics I'm glad I kept the Ex.! :banana
