Mmmmm.....I like me some horror

Barely any new releases for over a month+, hardley any new product announcements (re-promoting old reveals as new ones). Its getting obvious SS is slowing down because the money aint coming like it use to and/or their fan base just aint buying anymore.

Chris

Well the world is in a recession if not a depression and 2012 will not be any better. But I do agree that overall this years event has been mediocre at best. One or two new interesting pieces but many announcements which have already been made previously.

yea, but I also think the longer this recession lasts, the more it will effect SS sales. I would bet in the last 3 years, every year has prolly gone down in sales. There's no reason why the trend won't continue with higher prices getting even higher. I know for me, my collectibles purchases have dropped considerably, and it doesn't look like that's going to change for me. People say the recession has gotten better, but I look around and nothing has really changed.

people are saying the recession has gotten better?

the past year, I defn recall people on TV, whoever they were, saying it has improved since it began. Being someone that has been looking for a better workplace, I can defn say the number of jobs I have been looking at have gotten to be even harder to find as the recession has gone on.
