Yep, it should have a little 25% off logo at the top of the page.

It does not always work, and is currently not "live". So you need to check from time
to time to see when it gets offered again from live.com.

Yes - it was live for a fairly long continuous stretch at the 25% level until ~Friday night.

Has anyone else noticed their Pending date being extended? I have one for $90 that was supposed to become active on 11/30. Well I checked it the other day and it's now been pushed to 12/10. WTF?!?!?

EDIT - Ok I see what happened. They changed their 45 day wait policy to 60 days now so I guess that affected currently pending items as well... Ugh that sucks...
