Technically the Cobra Officer and Duke have already been "revealed" as the next figures. Could this possibly mean we're in for an additional surprise at SDCC? Crimson Guard perhaps?? Or someone else other than Duke who would have the companion piece. Zartan and Swamp Skier anyone?

Aside from it clearly not working, you'd also need to add the Joes in that category as well. Seems like the only one who's capable of hitting anything he aims for is Serpentor.
