how about this. if you look real close, you can see sketches for Destro and Major Bludd in the opening part of this LOTR production peak

Major Bludd bottom left corner at 3 seconds. you also see that it appears he's got an alternate head design, as well as a good look at his rocket pistol ammo storage backpack.
Destro upper left at 4 seconds.

Pretty good find. Honestly can't be sure about either of the sketches, but who else would they be. It looked like Bludd's helmet and Destro's collar.

Destro also has his Long "metalic" glove on his left hand. that, andjust to the left of bludd's body is the rockets for his pistol

I kinda hope that's just a rough sketch though and Destro doesn't come with a ribbed jacket like that. 
I watched it a few more times and I picked up on the backpack and rockets and some of Destro's other features. It's got to be them. Really, with Bludd, Destro, and Baroness, Sideshow has really covered the bulk of the main villains from the early episodes.
I kinda hope that's just a rough sketch though and Destro doesn't come with a ribbed jacket like that.
I actually like the Destro design. It looks more futuristic-military. Also, I'm not a ARAH purist so I don't mind the deviations.

Looking at those, I guess SS is done with giving us original style designs. Desto looks like he is wearing Baseball Umpire pads.
