I was wondering if anyone knows what the base is supposed to represent? It looks to be rubble from a building to me, but I don't understand the very bottom of the base. Is there some kind of artwork or comic it is taken from so I could get a better understanding of it?

Looks like some traditional iron patchwork and a drain spout cover in front. Not sure what it could be from.

I have no idea, but I love it. Reminiscent of the graffiti (in a loose way) from the ASM movie, almost as if fans tagged a wall to show their appreciation for the Wall-Crawler.

Yes, I was thinking along the same lines. I just thought the very bottom had a curious shape.

it really sucks with prices going so high, but I'm kind of liking it a tiny bit. Only because now I can wait for deals down the road since prices now have gone over the average prices in the aftermarkets. But as for spidey 299.99? yes maybe a year ago? I mean SS see here's people are already ready to pay 400.00. For this why lower it? :^(

There is no way he is going to be $400+ , its a 1/5th CQ. For $450 I can get the Original CQ from a local Comic book store.

Hes part of a collection, there is no way these statues aren't going for 350+ they aren't even mixed media ......its all paint. Furthermore if this is going for $300-$400 and so is cap that's a complete and utter rip off in my book. Cap has much more attention to detail, he is mixed media and the paint is much better (dirt on pants). If anything this will sell for 349.99 that the original one did, and see as the female comiquettes are not nearly as large they will be around $200. I mean the original MJ CQ sold for $125, yeah prices have risen but the past 3-4 CQs Punk Storm, Rogue, She-Hulk (Lyra) and Dark Child were all $175-225, and furthermore the more expensive CQ's that I have been watching do not sell well after the Exclusive Editions are sold. Look at Ultron/Iceman and even Red Hulk took months to sell out. Yes I understand its Spider-Man but they are not going to be asking $450-500 for a 1/5 CQ.

Seriously if your local comic store has the original CQ for $450 you need to get your *** down there pronto & buy it. That's goes for well over a 1000 bucks where I live.

It's a local place , I'm friends with the owner . I can also get a punisher cq for 325 and the iron man IV maquette for 700. I plan on getting them all from him but in due time

Even that's too much. I know it was 3 years ago but the Punisher Com was only $250. If this thing goes to $350 for a 1/5 scale you might as well just stick to 1/4 because most of them are only $10 more.
