I love so many figures in this line, so many of them are amazing works of art, but I can't imagine anything that could ever be as amazing as Jabba and his throne, even a great Darth Vader wouldn't be as incredible to behold, it's just great what they did with the throne and the Jabba figure. It's been nearly a year since I got mine, and I still think WOW every time I see it.

I couldn't agree more-- as I pass by I always have to stop and just take it all in...

The true centrepiece of ANY 1/6 SW collection.

I have a question to the people that bought the inclusive jabba.

Does the brown box and color art box say inclusive edition?

Thanks

Finally, FINALLY got my Jabba and Throne out of the boxes and set up.

Soon I'll be building the stairs and surrounding arched walls of Jabba's Palace.
This is a preview of Jabba's "nook".:D

Looks great. I too have a small nook for Jabba and would love to see what you come up with. Please keep us posted on the progress.

The believe the brown mailer box did say inclusive (Its been a while so I don't remember for sure) but the actual box just had the sticker like the rest of the figs do.

Ahhhh...remember not so long ago when we were all enjoying the big guy's arrival?

Yeah...fun times...before the dark times...before the ch...er, empire :)

That Jabba was a double edged sword for SSC. It brought excitement for the line to a fever pitch, but it was also a damn hard act to follow.

Ooh what not so fond memories *shudders* I hope not to relive that anytime soon. Nice image JB. Actually, Jabba was a HUGEEE, literally and figuratively, blessing for me. As nuts as it got for me waiting to get mine, he arrived just in time and I had his awesomeness to enjoy while I was laid up for a week with the stomach flu, what a horrible week that was, dropped over 15 lbs in just a week. Jabba is still one of the best 1/6 pieces I own. I'll have to image celebrate later.

Thanks Sean...
Yes...lets see a fresh image form you of the big guy...it's nice to keep lookin' back on what makes this line great along with celebrating the latest release...

Jabba certainly as a wow factor about him... definitely a piece I never thought we'd see in 1/6, especially so early on!

Indeed, my heart dropped when I saw that he was coming because 1) I NEVER expected anything like him from anyone, especially being new to 1/6 and not having Power Loaders and such out there, and then 2) seeing in the preview image that they nailed his ROTJ appearance. I don't know why, I just love the Jabba character, always have, one of the big reasons Jedi is my favorite of the OT films, and time and again I watched people make him and not get the look right. Sideshow nailed it though, and as an additional treat about the piece, they worked with the guy that made the original Jabba, so there's that extra authenticity about it, like the 1:1 Salacious. Best part is, the throne creates a display are for other figures too, I've got Boushh and Bib on it right now, I worry about breaking Medi Fett where I'd put him on the throne and where the throne is at the moment, so I don't leave him there.

My Jabba's throne environment ! ... eerr, well Jabba not here yet ... he takes his time to come  :D

Start recently the SW 12" line and I'm happy to have already this dio/environement complete (Jabba should be here during the week).

Great pic Siona. I love that you have Bubo posed and ready to snack on Crumb.:lol
This is one of the funnest 1:6 figures ever. I'm still working on my whole Jabba setup.

we definately need more guys to go with Jabba!!!!

I'm all for that! :D I'm with everyone else about diversifying the line, but with Jabba being such a cool centerpiece to a collection of scum, villainy and disguised heroes, you can't help but want that part of the collection grow. I hope when SSC gets to doing Boba Fett, they do ROTJ to go with Jabba.
