Super Freak
Ok so Im confused I looked in my order history and on the outside tab before you click on the number it says item shipping soon but on the inside once you click it it says processing is that how everyone else is?
tomandshell said:Leia, Jabba and the Throne all say "Processing" on the actual order page and "Shipping Soon" in my order history. On the "Cancel and Item/Order" page, it does not say "Shipping Soon--Contact to Cancel."
If you have an order with multiple things in it, as soon as the first one begins processing (in my case, the VCD TIE Pilot) then the status of the entire order is affected. My entire SDCC order has been "processing" since September of last year.

Which is good for Leia and Bib, but Jabba was all stress free since it was an inclusive. But maybe Sideshow will get your guys figures out first... which could take a bit of the sting.
jlcmsu said:What's funny about Jabba and his throne though is that I got Bib first along with those that didn't order at SDCC as well as Salacious. It's just odd Jabba and his throne might not be in the first round unless it's a very small shipment.
As far as flagging orders or something that might not be a bad idea if it isn't much of a hassle. For me it's about being a tad more patient and not *****ing. In the end I'm glad they take orders at SDCC to save me web time.
MaulFan said:Josh, have you not noticed me spazzing out about getting Jabba the last 3 weeksMany of us are on the edge of insanity waiting for him. The real trouble with Jabba orders and which ones go out first is cuz this is the first time, at least that we've been notified, that items are in split shipments, you could get like 10 Bib boxes to one Jabba or throne, so it's a different scenario, and as much as he is costly, it's still possible the inclusive numbers were huge, we'll just never know on that one. Just keep thinking about seeing that beautiful Maul PF you and I will get to see/order in another week

I just remember them saying that in 2006, to avoid problems like with the Doom PF in '05 (where the online orders plus the show orders exceeded the total edition size and they had to increase it), they were going to have a computer at the booth so that the orders could be entered in real time and the system would be updated immediately.
Even though my order didn't appear to be entered until August, I still received Bib and Salacious right away, and so I have hope for Jabba. Here's a timeline:
July 20, 2006: I place my order for the entire Jabba setup at SDCC.
July 21, 2006: The online inclusive order for Salacious and Jabba begins.
July 26, 2006: The online inclusive order for Salacious and Jabba ends.
August 3, 2006: My SDCC order finally appears online, dated 08/03/2006.
January 5, 2007: My Salacious is among the first to ship.
So--even though my SDCC order was apparently entered into the online system long after the inclusive ordering window was closed (potentially putting me at the end of the line), I was among the first to receive Crumb. It appears that my order was near the front of the line in the "in house" order processing system (which we know is separate from the online system). It should have been, since I ordered it the day before the inclusive order began.
I am hoping for the same with Jabba.
jlcmsu said:Same for me as well Tom. My order though says it was put into the system on the 28th of July.
tomandshell said:Well, that stinks.
Lonnie--what is the time and date on your SDCC order in your online account? I was in line right behind you on Thursday.
