I go back and fourth daily on my Craig outfit currently I have him on that one too, looks great with his head size.
There's no doubt that the strongest likeness we've seen out of Connery is still Sideshows and as seen above can still look charming with a good paint job,
But with this BB Kill Craig head being near perfect it's a crime not to have more Sean options. While I ended up liking Spencer's Brosnan (still want to see another one too) I've not been a fan of his Commery, the other one I saw is Rocco and the truth is I don't like any of his heads.
I'm not sure why there's not more Connery heads on the market, especially since iminime seems to be doing countless silly projects, something as iconic as Connery Bond is a must. Imagine the possibilities! On dr. No or Goldfinger alone, it could come with a few different outfits. I'd love a gray suit Bond with a backup white dinner jacket and soy outfits as much as I'd love a traditional poker game tux with a backup blue trunks and polo outfit!
What got me into 1/6 over 5 years already, maybe 6 sheesh! Was Bond. I saw HT batman and decoded I wanted it but then I thought it would be much cooler and classier to have a James Bond collection instead (but now I have everything else anyways
) and got to work buying up all 6 bonds but when I got all the sideshow offerings I realized they all sucked and have been trying for 6 years to get this damn bond collection together.
What you see above is three of the six taken care of, one that I'm 90% + happy with (Craig) and the other two I'm 65% happy with, because their heads are not up to par. With Brosnan rhe likeness is there but Spencer is not a refined sculptor, with Connery it looks more realistic but still cartoony and still behind on paint and sculpt.
I want the other five guys as good looking as the BBkill Craig.
And Craig itself went through so many incarnations. Starting with the loading toys, then the Feng, then BB kill one then the Medicom and now BBkill 2.
Along the way I had but never deemed good enough to put on the actual figure, the Roadshow, the Natchan and the DID heads. Among the three the DID is the worst likeness by far.
