Was looking at my Jaws figure and think he can use an upgrade.
Not a strong customizer myself, some futzing is all I can.

Anyone has ideas/hints what body or cloths could make this figure give full potential?

Are you using the correct pegs? If the shoes and body and pegs are all part of the same set, they should all connect together very well. Isn't the Coulson body just a Hot Toys Narrow Shoulder? That's what it looks like in photos.

No, I don't have that body unfortunately. I only have HT TTM21 Regular and TTM22 Slim plus knock-off Narrow Shoulder bodies. As far as I know, the ones I have used the same size foot pegs. The only thing I can think of might be that the shoes of Coulson are special and require a different peg.

I did it-I always afraid to broken something with too much presure, but in this time thrre was necesserry very much power to put it in really.Just pitty about body is bit to small for clothes I have...

If the Coulson is a bit small you might be better served by the Hot Toys TTM21 Regular. It's a bit bulkier up top because of the new arms - and of course for the legs you can use the thigh covers. It's only a shame that Hot Toys produces even their naked base bodies in limited quantities and it's very difficult to find them for their typical early retail price of $50.

As you know, I added the blue jacket to mine. It was the Johnny gangster jacket I believe, dyed with RIT sky blue. Never have found pants long enough to replace the Sideshow ones.

I plan to "chrome" the teeth like I did to my Alien with my chrome pen next time I get around to him. He could use a full face repaint too but I'm not that good.

A full repaint can make a world of difference, I know, but I would not go that route.

My problem is more his posture: he looks too lanky.
I was thinking to change his body, maybe the one from a Darth Vader or predator.

Don't know Johnny gangster, but found another one with bigger cut on eBay in colour beige/brown, all wrong, but hey it fits.
Your version in blue is my favourite, wish Sideshow had chosen that one.

I haven't found a suitable body either. I've consider padding him up but the clothing is so tight as it is. He's also too short for Kiel. Should be 14" and he's really like 13.5

What jacket did you get that fits well? Mine is really tight, I'd like to get a looser one that also hangs lower.

That group shot is pending me finishing up a couple custom Bond projects -- more unlikely characters you thought you'd never see. Thank you for the kind comment.

So-here is mine bbkill on Coulson body with shoes in very cool tux.But I still think it's a bit to small body for any Bond...
