That Eleven sculpt looks tiny, unless the Burt Ward is particularly large. Robin was pretty short and I would have expected a larger head for a figure representing Daniel Craig. It's making me glad I never pulled the trigger on one.

Prolly won't be what BC ships though. Head, neck and hands will all be different skin tones.

I'm going to get it to replace my Yunsil suit- the Big Chief one is a lot more accurate. I just hope it looks as good as the proto when it comes out

Have to disagree with you about accuracy, I dont see any way its more accurate and its a lot thicker and lower quality, but, thats just to my eyes.

The Yunsil is a great piece of tailoring I'll agree but it is not accurate to the suit Connery wore in the film. It's missing the two side vents on the jacket, and the two breast pockets on the waistcoat, plus it has an extra back pocket on the trousers which shouldn't be there. I've considered removing the extra pocket to give me some material to work with for the breast pockets but I don't think there'll be enough, but the vents are going to be very hard to put in now. I will be using the Yunsil shirt and tie as the collar looks a lot better, and the rest of it is nice but ruined by poor research. For a top end custom item it should have been perfect but alas it's not good enough for me personally.

Bought the 9th Doctor from them, went to change the shirt and the arm broke off. If they don't improve the bodies everybody will be scrambling for something that fits the suit once the body inevitably breaks. The only way to fix the body was by using an arm from a Medicom figure (one of the worst bodies out there).

I'm really impressed by the BCS, especially the scaled buttons, but I still think the Yunsil suit has far better tailoring. It is sharp and crisp. Wish my own suits fit as well as Yunsil's does on a doll.

I have hopes for this first run of Bonds because I think BCS will need to impress with quality, so I do think this is a fantastic option -- and a far less expensive option -- to get this look for Connery.

Replacing bodies seems to be pretty standard these days for even the most expensive HT figures.

Whenever I see promos on FB and see comments like "Want!" "So getting this!", I just laugh! (Actually, I look just like Wor-Gar's signature!) I've given up trying to tell them that there's just no way that's what they'll get. It's their money! I wish everyone PO'ing these all the best....

Unfortunately, based on apparent track record, Rogerbee is likely going to be correct.

This is one reason I never PO anymore.


Not guaranteeing at least Oddjob for myself is really going to kill me though.

I completely agree that Big Chief Studios track record isn't the best. However, as you said earlier, I'm hoping that they improve their game for these figures since it is the beginning of a new line and they'd hopefully want to make a strong first impression.

Despite my excitement for this line, I'm not entirely sure if I'll pre-order these figures or not because of the price and also quality concerns, but I do think that they could be big sellers for BCS so retailers could sell out of pre-orders rather quickly.
