I have some dark transfer sheets, I also might already have the design printed out that you need? It would be easier to send the design rather than trying to send the sheet without it getting wrinkled.

Since I'll have to use Shapeways, it takes 2 weeks to get a print, and that's hoping they don't print it wrong

The hat is coming along and will be done in plenty of time. I had to put it on hold for job interviews, but will be back at it this week since I was finally offered a position with a seemingly great company and have 2 weeks to get everything finished up. I haven't heard anything on the belts etc.
