It’s a fake outrage, I’m sure Joost would send him 5 batmobiles to get it right, instead he’s using YT vid to spread falsehoods that everyone is dumping on me and I need to defend myself. While in reality no one gives a ****.
This is his MO, every other vid is a complaint that he’s not getting the in crowd treatment. It’s working for him up around 250k subs now off of angry toy raging, which is pretty funny.

This is incorrect as I watched a live unboxing of one just on Tuesday night that has dust on it and the gun covers were bent also. It looks like people do attempt to post stuff in your group and get this kind of treatment from the cult. I spoke my opinion and more than obvious I’m in the majority which is perfectly fine it doesn’t bother me at all.Just to stick to the facts. I have not heard from him about this, but if he would've contacted me, I would've send out new covers or a whole new car (at out expense). Almost 200 have been delivered and no one has complained of dust or the covers not fitting. Don't take my word. Check the groups and forums. Ask around who had dust and bad fitting covers like him. So far we have around 1-2% issues after shipping and we are addressing them. Some of those customers received packages that were handled like a football at the superbowl, so all we can do is fix and issues (for free of course) and file a claim with the shipping company afterwards. All in all it is well within the industry standard, but apparently this is getting blown out of proportion and he was more interested in outrage, clickbait and views than getting this fixed.
There are many positive reviews and pictures of happy customers out there to counter this bad one. And with regard to issues, we do all we can to prevent them (cause who needs this), but it's inevitable if you ship out hundreds of products of this size and weight and complexity that you will have some. It's how you handle them that counts and our customer service reputation speaks for itself.

In that very video you had a screenshot convo between you and Joost where he clearly asked not to make a video if there were issues on the original test batch car, but you went ahead and did it anyway. Another swing and a miss, strike two.

You don't tell it like it is. You're not a bastion of impartiality. You are just like the rest of us, but decide to take some of your jaded thoughts and commit to filming them and uploading to YT. his method is flawed, sure.
He should have filmed the issues because that’s what they are, who are we kidding. What he shouldn’t have done is post a video before reaching out. Second ‘89 he’s received with issues, why doesn’t he just call it? Is he really going to attempt a third exchange or seek more replacement parts for this? A $1,500 dust covered collectible isn’t acceptable, who can deny that? Had I received that, I’d just ask for a complete refund with shipping it back. This is why I cancelled, I can’t be bothered with being told to buff out the orange peel paint or clean up all of the dust on what should be new product. What happens if Keaton received that car Mr Mom got? It’s not a good look, he needs to be hands on in the Chinese factory or to change location. You have to have eyes on what you’re shipping your customers in some form, this isn’t happening, clearly.
So what though, if it wasn’t going to be him that did it, it’d of been someone else. That’s what happens when you ship out “test product” without having eyes on it. It better be flawless or you don’t ship it. Joost clearly wanted YTs to review his product in advance for the publicity, can’t have your cake and eat it too. Are reviewers only to review InArt pieces that are flawless? Instead of JazzInc being upset about the review, just do everything on your part to fix the issue (which it appears he has). The problem with that however, is JazzInc had their chance to wow this Mr Mom guy and shut him up, what’d they do? Sent a dusty Batmobile with warping, someone is responsible for that, someone is responsible for paint defects, take your frustration out on those people, get them out of the workshop pronto, don’t blame your customers for having eyes. Getting upset at a random nobody reviewing a product on YT when at the end of the day, you sent him a product with your name on it that is below satisfactory, that’s the end point here. I can’t trust InArt QC, now I can’t with JazzInc. I barely can with HT, who knows about JND. You own a company, so let people speak their minds and you just release product, if it’s good, people will know.

If you think JazzInc is trash in the QC department, it's as simple as not buying. I've myself got a few comments in this thread about the piece, issues I've found. It's not like I'm championing JazzInc or the car.
