Omg, how can people be so *****. He prolly opened the package and picked up the pred then just threw the package away. "ooho cries cries" mommy im missing weapons from the toy" GAAAAAAAAAAAAD.

those are probably the pieces he needs for his own Predators.
If push comes to shove he probably thinks he can get refunded and ship them back minus the cannon, necklace & tube spring and with HIS broken spear.
Now he's out nothing and his Pred's are complete .... :monkey1

That's why I never SELL on eBay. F that douche. Tell him you KNOW it wasn't missing anytihng and you won't fall for his SCAM.

Thanks Papi. :rotfl:lol

Seriously though, ask for pictures of the broken stuff too. Either he has to break it or he won't send you any pictures and it will all be over with.

i was going to say the exact same thing. get him to send pictures... let's see what he says then.

IMO, there are two possibilities here: He's either a lying turd (most likely) or something did go wrong, in which case you'd be telling off someone who feels like he got ripped. The latter is a very, VERY small chance, but still... :/ *Goes back to lurking*

My advice: Tell him to get lost and if he has a problem with that, to come to your house and tell you directly to your face. Of course, you will provide him with your across-the-street looney neighbor's address... ;)

put this on your next auction..

item sold as is and all sales are final, no refunds.

it's your word against his. unfortunately you may get a negative but i think pp would side with you because you have proof he received it.

I'm more in shock you sold your Pred stuff!!

What's with everyone selling things they freaked about less then a year later?

According to paypal the buyer is always right. Telling him to file a claim and he does he will win and your paypal account will be screwed forever.

This new policy of no feedback for buyers was what the strike was about.

Personally I wouldn't be confrontational about it. I'd just say that everything was intact and complete when it shipped and he should check the packaging again as he's obviously missing something.

:monkey2:monkey2:monkey2:monkey2 so im basically screwed!!! AGAIN!!!

eBay and PayPal are so aagravating at times, I have come close to walking out and forgeting them. But I can't since they are good for unloading stuff. But yeah p!tu, let him send in a claim and provide PayPal with the facts and generally you shouldn't be affected. It is a pain in the budookus, but it works out.

True, but eBay is changing that again. I got a notice last week that due to uproar from sellers, the "no negative feedback to buyers" is being changed back. I have personally won every claim filed against me because I am anal about the records and I do what I say. As long you can show this to PayPal and eBay, you'll be fine.

Sorry to hear this.
That is why I am so reluctant to sell something on eBay.
Because honestly, and not to upset you, chances are high he is getting away with it.

Just curious, what is the feedback of that seller?

If this buyer files a claim, you can easily show proof to paypal that you paid for insurance, therefore all you would need to do is an insurance claim and paypal will wash their hands of it.

If the buyer claims he never received the items, pitu has proof of delivery confirmation to a confirmed address as well as the receipt for this shipping label. case closed, seller wins.
