I've gotta say I'm pretty shocked.
This guy HAS to be lying! My Elder was shipped INSANELY well!!! It took my half an hour to get all the damn bubble wrap off!!! And he was wrapped head to toe at that!
The only thing wrong with him was MY fault and definitely not Pitu's, my ******* broke a quill. Everything on my Elder otherwise, is FLAWLESS!
Hell, I can even post pics of the condition it's in. Pitu, you're the ^^^^ing MAN brother!

Even if it's insured and you have proof I'm sure that ebay/paypal will find a way to help this jerk screw you.
But you could point out that you have a excellent trading reputation on a forum with a lot of members and if he does submit a claim, you will insure that he is blocked from bidding on any auctions sold by a Sideshow Freak. And if he buys a lot of HT and/or SSC stuff then that could hurt him.

Just empty your PayPal account and it doesn't matter who "wins" the dispute they aren't going to take anything anyway. Then just open up a new PayPal account. I have had to do it twice because of a douche bag seller who ripped me off for a HK USP 9mm and PayPal decided the dispute in my favor but said sorry we cant get any money from him. So I promptly disputed it with my credit card and got my money back. PayPal didn't like that at all and hit my account for a charge for the amount. I also had to do it for the exact same situation your going through. I am on my 4th PayPal account now.

Chopper, Celtic, and Scar I'll agree with, but I LOVE the Elder! Those quills are the sheeeiiiiiiiit!!!!! And he comes with some bad ass accessories!
And TOE, I was AMAZED they were all intact, I had a number of different people tell me they'd probably fall out or break off in shipping. Pitu, is a ghett---shippingmaster.

That really sucks man... and it really does sound like he's trying to jerk you around. It is possible the staff got broken in shipping so that would be a post office issue.
But the missing stuff is whats tricky, it really comes down to your word against his. And Paypal usually will side with the buyer.
