Just wanted to share my latest Jason VI custom here real quick. This is version 3.0 upgraded using Caine's head sculpt and painted up by 8 Bit Commando.

I think this one might be my favorite of the batch now. I always loved the look in part 6 and you nailed it. It's a toss up between part 6 & 7 now. Great work and keep it up.

that part 6 looks amazing, 8 bit killed the paint work on these. yours is the best full piece i have seen. i just got one, can't wait to put it together. nice work as usual man

Quick update. Here is my DX12 very heavily modded. Here is the recipe....

Expanded Cowl
Shortened the neck plug
Replaced cape with custom Rayon one done by lforigno
Replaced mouth plate with custom one done by robbiethepainter
Boot mod to widen the top part so it matches the feet better and looks more like a one piece boot.
Glove mod that shortens it and fits under the forearm armor better.
Elbow pad mod which involved cutting it off the forearm armor and glued on in place on the fabric as a separate piece. This improves the articulation of the arms in general.
Squint eyes mod using a little epoxy around the eye lids.
Repaint around the eyes using black acrylic color to eliminate the uneven flesh paint apps originally there.
Shoulder pad mod. Heated up and reshaped slightly for a more snug fit.

Very nice work Ron.....I really need to get that black eye paint mod done on mine. The unpainted part really stands out now that I see these DX12's getting that mod done.

Thanks Jeff..... I agree. At first I was indifferent to it and thought it wasn't necessary. However like you, once I saw what others looked like, I thought I would give it a shot. The black paint alone improves the look but in my opinion the squint mod along with it really brings it home for me.
