I'm sorry Bobby. Like I said, I wasn't trying to offend you nor did I say it looked bad. I was just merely giving my opinion which is what I thought posting threads like this was for, to see what other ppl thought. I sincerely apologize for any offense you took from what I said. Though I feel as though you are mocking me here ( I apologize if I'm mistaken). I didn't sculpt a 1:1, but a 1/6 as i don't collect statues, PF's etc, only 12"-1/6 figures. and when i am satisfied with it, I will post a thread and you can critique it as much as you feel like again, I'm really sorry

Well he had a good point that the one you were criticizing was a work in progress. Clearly he saw things that needed to be changed too and the finished product is flawless in my opinion.

That looks amazing!!! No doubt the most real looking Heath Joker I've seen. But to be honest, something is bothering me about the paint around the eyes. Thats how i feel with the 1/6 paint around the eyes as well. I know it's tough to capture as i have worked and reworked my 1/6 joker fig but jus saying. I don't know what it is and i know I'm going to probably get eaten alive by other ppl with "WTF" kind of comments and such for saying so but it's just my opinion. I'm not trying to offend anyone

I know how it is when people give you those "WTF" comments, so you're not alone there. I personally feel there is something off about this as well, but it lies in the sculpt or something. maybe it could be awkward angling though.

Constructive feeback is necessary but all this ''its off'' and no other feedback is just plain crazy and ridiculous!

as good as the sculpt is there is just not things a camera can pick up. This looks so much better in person as you cannot see all of the texturing around the scarring or other things bob has done to the sculpt. the sculpt is perfect, but I do respect others opinions just dont be a jerk about it

I think it looks pretty close to perfection. Some people will find flaws in everything. Rise above it bobby and don't respond if you feel that the critique is deserved. Or ask what people think could improve it.

I always ask for critiques when it is a wip , The problem is , the minute I stand up for myself now I'm a arrogant, insecure , oh yeah and I lack humility and what ever else I have been called .
just for putting my 2 sense in on my own thread.

the Funny thing is , Lance was over and i told him I felt bad for you edward ,I was going to send you a 1/6th head that was my prototype.

on another note I never said my work is perfect, that is why I re sculpt everything over and over till I can eventually live with it.

Nygma my advice to you is step away from the computer go get some clay and try to make something, anything, I say that not being mean but give it a shot, I'm completely 100% self taught, never even read 1 book on it, then you can maybe cut me a break when you see what goes into it.

Bobby take no notice at all! You are the most talent sculptor on this thread. A true gentlemen and an outstanding artist. For someone who is self taught you are mind blowing, you don't give up on getting the detail perfect. Thats very important to create a piece of artwork. There is not one of your sculpts that I think is off at all. Believe me when I say Im really fussy when it comes to sculpts and I have approved a lot of sculpts in my time working in the collector and toy industry. All I know that if one of your sculpts came though my door, it would be approved no problem.

I love your work and I cant believe there are people out there that pick on some of the most stupid things, then if they dont get their views heard they start attacking the person behind the piece. Its just really sad.

People want the world and as far as Im considered you deliver it mate. Keep it up
