i'm sure that the detective isn't alpha. they know what alpha looks like. it's not like they've never seen him so i'm guessing it won't be anybody we've met already. i'm sure they know what the detective looks like if they have been keeping tabs on him.

Guys! Come on!

It's been hours since the end of the episode and NO COMMENTS?!?!

I had an excuse. (Iron SM came today. :rock) But I'm back now.

So....tonight's episode rocked....again.

Tension is growing between Echo and Dominique. Well, I should say that it just went to the next level tonight. I'm interested to see what will happen when Echo decides to "vent." Also, how do you feel Adele will handle the situation if and when she finds out?

And I'm also interested in where this side plot is going with Victor becoming more and more attracted to Sierra. I certainly didn't see that coming. It looks like glitches within the infrastructure of the Dollhouse are showing up everywhere!

And I know it was mentioned before, but something isn't adding up with Mellie. There's more to her than meets the eye in my opinion.

Oh, and in case no one is keeping count. Next week is the premier of Episode 6 and with that, Joss is taking the reigns.

I hope everyone saw the preview....It looks like things are about to turn upside down.

I loved this episode and I can't wait to talk more about it tomorrow when I'm back!

See ya then!!!!

Not a great episode - but it did move forward the mythology. And anyone who doubts Eliza's acting skills - that last look was just perfect - we exactly get what's going on.

Anyone else catch that in the ATF control center they have a mug shot of the bad guy and his full name is "Nathan Fillion White." Also if I'm not mistaken, Topher used White as part of the imprint for Echo.

The Sierra/Victor thing is an interesting development - obviously all the dolls do have some sort of personality, even in the doll state.

Here's where we disagree. I thought this was one of the better episodes yet and I'm looking forward to the direction episode six goes--- Although I hope that Fox aren't nervously watching the ratings so that this show has an actual shot. Friday seems to be such a death knell for sci fi shows on the major networks (or shows period as everyone's out and relying on the ol' PVR).

This episode was great I loved it! I really enjoyed her taking a stand even though her imprinting was to be a cult follower. It seems she is breaking out of the box more and more. That last look at the end sealed it. :rock Next week is gonna be killer. I'm glad that we are getting more of victor and sierra but would like even more. This show is finally starting to develope and its fantastic!! :rock

Why would he wipe her program in the last ep? What does that gain him? If he doesn't want to hurt her...I don't know, I'm not convinced that he isn't a danger to her completely. He is definately obsessed, but that can lead to murder.

Echo obviously has the potential to composite like Alpha. Alpha knows that somehow I am assuming, and that is why he didnt kill her to begin with. Which would make the remote wipe a test of sorts. If she survives she is definately the one he is looking for. If she dies, well then she wasnt what he thought she was so its no big loss.

Alpha is the detective dude. I'm almost positive.

I was thinking that too, however it doesnt quite add up. Alpha knows where the dollhouse is. He most likely knows how to remote mind wipe Dolls as well. So there is no reason to play a detective looking for the Dollhouse.

Plus alpha has interfered twice now that we know of during Echo's missions. The first time was when Echo was being hunted by the crazy out doors guy. Alpha had that hit man dude try to take out her handler. Presumably to see how Echo handled herself in the life or death situation, just like he did during the Vault robbery mission. Both make me believe that maybe Alpha has his own dolls. Perhaps the crazy hunter guy was a doll, and guy that bailed during the vault robbery?

I guess the identity of Alpha has been leaked by the set designer of the show. I'm very happy with who's playing him.

I refuse to click on this link!!!!! I don't want to ruin the surprise. (Nothing against you, Batty.)

And please no one post his (or her identity) without A SPOILER TAG!!!! Actually, if anyone who reads the spoiler does find out, please post ANY info in a spoiler tag (ie even if the reference is simply "his" or "her.")

Please....:monkey3:monkey3:monkey3

I know I'm not a mod, but I think others will agree that they don't want the surprise ruined.

No problem. That's why I didn't actually post the name or pics. I will say it's very cool!

Thanks, man! :rock :rock :rock

I really do appreciate that. Some people would just blurt it out.

I might have to stay away from this thread until next Friday (or whenever) until the secret is revealed, because I'm sure someone will inadvertently drop a clue here or there. :banghead

I think "banned for life" would be appropriate for anyone who did that...
