I ordered from BBTS and the same thing happened to me. Just reached out to the customer service.

I suspect the packaging had something to do with it. He was packed in a crouched position

Yeah that crouched position is different,I like how it makes the whole package smaller but it is screwing up these figures. Womder is the colder weather during transit is also a factor.

Yeah, I agree. And the joints are tight. It’s a bad combo. But the details are amazing.

I also had to order a replacement body on ebay and completely undress and redress him. But I'm used to custom projects, I think it is really complicated and not everyone can do that (sorry if that comes over as bragging, don't mean it that way)

It is such a great figure, but that body problem was real bad...

I was thinking about doing that as this figure is Amazing in detail. But it looks so complicated to undress this figure.

Two weeks ago I saw someone selling his broken Silent Hound plus replacement body on ebay because he couldn't do it. It was listed for 260 (?) but never sold, then he put it to 190 and it was gone immedeately. I might have got it for that price, even if I do have him already lol

But that shows...the problem with the broken body is common...

That's unfortunate . This is seriously one of the coolest ninja figures I've seen, very quality in hand,outside the body issue.

The joints are stiff as hell. But it’s super detailed for a ninja

Well BBTS reached out,no replacements..guess Ill be returning it. Too bad,this would have be awesome in my Ninja collection.

Even with 2 broken hip joints, he is still pretty posable.

No way am I going to return mine to BBTS for a refund. I am not afraid to swop out the body. I won a Silent Hound figure body only auction on ebay. It was their last one. It broke while they were shipping it out to me. I don't know if there are other non JPT bodies that would be compatible vis a vis the wrist, head and ankle connections. I got another SH body on ebay, but it was twice as much as my first, with no guarantee it will last. When not on display, I am considering storing the box separate from the figure. Awesome figure to look at PITA to own.
