Thank you!@Sovereign59 Awesome photos!
26 inches long I believe? I haven't measured it myself but I believe that's what it's advertised as!Is that the 3' Rex? I dig it!
I love the Hammond Collection! I haven't bought dinosaur toys since the 80s, but here they are! The Tyrannosaurus Rex is definitely the star of the show!
Loved the movie but didn't find Giganotosaurus all that interesting. The design was forgettable as it looked generic compared to the other new dinosaurs in this movie. Looking forward to owning this on Blu ray! Great movie better than the previous two JW IMONot sure if this has been posted here before, but the details on Spiral Studio's 1/10 Giganotosaurus are out.
57cm tall, 116cm long, 72cm wide.
Materials are polystone and PVC, no specifics on what's what.
Some retailers have him at close to $1500, others at $1200 (not sure if there's any caveat with the cheaper listings).
I know Giga is getting all the attention since it's the newest dinosaur and all, but how cool would it be if the Rexes got this kind of large-scale love? Fingers crossed for some big reveals at SDCC, hopefully they're not all Dominion-related.

The eyes look good sometimes and questionable at others. How are the eyes in person?
OK cool. Medium lighting is the way to go then. You need medium lighting to see it properly. Not too bright, not too dark. If the light is too bright, it'll be hard to see the eyes because the brightness will overwhelm it. If it's too dark, it just won't have enough light to allow the eyes to be seen. Medium lighting is the way to go. With medium lighting, you can see it from different angles.
And you also need to make sure the eyes don't have dust/powder on them since this affects how light works on the eyes, so clean them from time to time.
Are these Mattel Creations exclusives usually hard to get? Never ordered on that site before but I like that set.
That's pretty great, I'll make a try at getting it since I haven't found a rex yet anyway
