The original and TLW toys were the best, but it went downhill with JP3. I used to have a pretty big collection of them.

Yea, a few years back when I started to collect sixth scale I converted and re-did that entire room for all my display so they had to go. Had a few other things too, like a MIB original Red Rex and Tour Vehicle. Made a fortune though. Still kept a select few things from my childhood. A Carnotaurus , an original Rex, and a few of the loose original human figures.

Yea, most of it, I got from farmer's markets, before people figured out what they were worth. Nowadays, with everyone online, it's impossible to find any of that stuff.

With the impending release of the film, it would of been nice seeing re-releases... or at least state of the art merch from the old films in some form. I'd like a statue of Rex stepping on the car, roaring with the tire in it's mouth.

That looks great. The Bull Rex is better proportioned to match the film, and is pretty well scaled to the car. It's a shame they gave all those Rexs wonky colors that didn't match the film.

Remember the false advertising?

Had a bunch of those too, man that brings back memories. I miss the days of collecting Toy Biz X-men, Kenner BTAS and the like. Now it's all $200+ figures. Thanks for sharing.

RECENT FINDINGS ON HOW DINOSAUR GROWTH IN THE JURASSIC PARK FRANCHISE MAY BE ANOTHER MUTATION by Brandon Moore (Me)

Through extensive research on growth rate of a T-Rex (link below) something new came to light in a question no one has brought up before in the last 22 years of the Movie franchise and even the book doesn't even showcase this.

Tyrannosaur Rex Growth Rate - "King of the Dinosaurs"

The year in the movie Jurassic Park is parallel to being the now back then as 1993. From the opening of Hammonds dream Jurassic Park has been online for 4 years since 1989. Now here's the interesting part. The T-Rex was full grown in 4 years... Now when you look at the growth rate of a T-Rex a full grown T-Rex takes 18 years at 40ft long. Now that being said Dr. Henry Wu implemented Lysine dependency and genetically mutated the code with frog DNA. But what he didn't share was he secretly found a reverse fountain of youth... Accelerated Aging.

If a T-rex takes 20 years for full grown 40ft long animal, we are talking about the T-Rex in Jurassic Park growing at 6 years in 1. So now the Jurassic Park T-Rex has the same rule of a dog. However... the oldest T-Rex in fossil history is Sue is only 28 years old. So in essence of Jurassic World if the T-Rex in Jurassic World has Accelerated Aging the rex after 26 years... is figuratively speaking 104 years old in outside appearance and technically only 26 year wise. So it'll be interesting to see what y'all think of this.
