That makes me feel better. I thought he'd come out and say "I'm here to **** all over your dreams." That was a close one. :slap

I love how he used that word. Joe Johnston had no respect for it.

Re: Jurassic Park 4

It took me 30 seconds before that clown annoyed me.

So how were the 3D effects? :lol

:lol

I have read from different people that the post conversion is the best one to date (And that is better than Titanic actually) but it depends on how the 3D projector at your local cinema is.

So far I haven't heard anyone complain about it yet. So I guess it must be really good.

I saw it friday night, it was awesome. The 3d is the kind that adds depth to the picture and the theater I saw it in didn't have any dimming issues that other 3d films have. It looked just as it would in your house expect on a giant screen in 3d. Even the effects looked top notch. If you love the film, see it in the theater if you haven't already.

Re: Jurassic Park 4

I still can't believe the special effects look better than some CGI of today.
(and still looks better than JP 3 even)

Thanks guys. I'll change my mind now and see it. I've always loved this film. Hopefully the 3D will add something for me.

Re: Jurassic Park 4

Eh... 3D was alright... I was expecting the whole thing was 3D... Mr. DNA not popping out was disappointing and only certain features were. Overall... stoked till 4.

Re: Jurassic Park 4

Nublar should be interesting, mainly because in that huge gap between JP1 and 3 so much real world dinosaur research occured they had to actually change the way the dinosaurs looked in 3 to placate all the science folks. Personally I've always hated the newer chicken raptors, accuracies aside, and hope we go back to the original looking Raptors, and unrealistic Dilophosaurs that spit venom. It's much funner that way. Also this means no Spinosaurus this outting(thank god).

As for the original group returning, eh, I don't think I want any original characters back. The only characters I enjoyed in the sequels we're Ian and Alan and I can't see either ever going back again for any reason.

I read on a dinosaur forum that I frequent that the dinosaurs aren't going to be scientifically accurate. They're going to be closer to the JP1 look. The dinosaur guys were pretty pissed off about it.
