wow, I can't believe this film was number 1 again. I also see it's ahead of avengers by 30 million when it was at week 4 in it's release. If the tracking keeps up this will be the second highest grossing domestic film ever, that's insane. I really am curious as to whats driving this things box office, Avengers was a no brainer, but this I don't really get lol

it'll be fascinating if this film has any influence on future "Monster" type films coming out, such as Pacific Rim 2 or Godzilla 2.

Globally? Definitely. But at least Jurassic World should finally be the first non-Cameron film to outgross Titanic domestically, which is something at least.

Admittedly, I loved Avatar when I saw it. Once. Obviously everyone loved it. Look what it took in. Funny how it all swung around.


We're all to blame for Avatar. Only a-dev is to blame for Titanic.

I have yet to see Titanic all the way through. Never saw it in the theater. I saw Avatar once in the theater.

I have yet to watch Gone with the Wind all the way through. I better get on that before it's banned!
