Due to his infidelity, Joss Whedon has been put into hiding amid fears of lynches and castration from 250lb feminists. Batgirl and Black Widow solo films will be written and directed by Paul Feig as punishment to men for being pigs.

Apparently Joss Whedon, outspoken feminist, turned out to be a cheater and abused his position to bone multiple women for 15 years
Dude pretended to be a feminist to get his willy wet, I almost respect him now.
Should come as no surprise as the biggest white knights always have two faces.
Now whatever hopes WB had of JL having a good score on feminist Whedon alone have gone down the pipe.

I just want this movie to come out already. I just want to tear the band-aid off and move on. Maybe it's like "huh. That wasn't so bad," or, maybe, it's like "My God, Zack, that ****ing hurts," but, at the end of the day, I just want some sense of closure, and it sucks, because this should've been an event. For the first time in over 50 years, we are finally on the precipice of getting a Justice League movie, and any excitement is seemingly overwhelmed by feelings of dread and caution.
I don't know, man. I know it's just entertainment, but it's depressing. Maybe expectations will be so low that, when this thing finally hits and is just average, people will be like "oh my god. That was actually good, but even that seems like a tall order."

It's interesting, too, though, because it seems like everything DC is presently doing, in terms of their upcoming releases; you can almost see the gears turning in their heads. Snyder's very public leave of absence and their "patience" in offering him any number of other projects when he's ready to come back to work, the fact that they're making Flash's solo outing a Flash Point film. Maybe they aren't that stupid, after all. It could be their way to have their cake and eat it, too. They get to press the big red reset button without even having to recast.

JL is not the end. They're filming Aquamomoa and soon WW2.
Maybe Affleck leaves and JL sucks, but there is more to look forward to next year.

Like I said, I have liked all of Snyder's casting choices, for the most part (except Eisenberg and, to a far lesser extent, Momoa), David Ayer and Jared Leto can suck a big fat *****, but I would not be opposed in the slightest to Cavill, Affleck, and crew getting to press the reset button. Pa Kent could even have gotten some therapy for his depression and still be alive in the soft reboot!
