Nah seemed like one cohesive movie. Couldn't even tell there were reshoots . But honestly the movie is not that deep, very fast moving. It all starts right away exactly where you think it's going to start. It's moves quickly through the predictable plot with jokes evenly sprinkled through out. Many awkward scenes and forced things having to do with you know who. aquaman was my least favorite , he just seemed shoehorned in no real character arc. Standout scenes were batmans first scene and wonderwomans first scene. Both seemed ripped out of comic books. Very "incredibles" like and old fashioned. I think it set an awesome tone for the rest of the movie. Idk really just seemed like a Long episode of justice league which deals with superman being gone and a new threat on the rise. THere are many plot holes and many wtfs, especially when considering Bvs. . This movie will get ripped apart in here. But as an overlong episode of justice league it rocks. If I just blurted out the exact plot on here some of you guys would die of laughter ! But I can't tell , it may be considered an okay movie, or it's going to get destroyed.

It was funny for sure and had some great moments. I greatly enjoyed it.

Cheers man! Glad you enjoyed it. It sounds a lot like the crowd when I saw the Avengers.

Sounds pretty much like I was expecting, as you said 'an overlong episode of justice league.' It's good to know the Whedon stuff fits in alright for what it is. I guess this is what people wanted so they're getting it.

I still hope for an extended edition on bluray though!

Hmmm it's hard to say honestly. The movie was very stylized to fit the the cgi. Lots and lots of obvious cgi but I don't think they were trying to hide it , i think it all went with the style of the movie ( I considered it very cartoony and comic book like ). The finale is just insane colors and special effects it all looked and sounded great in Dolby atmos.

Just some random gripes: flash action scenes are meh , I thought everything under water with the Atlantis just looked terrible and seemed awkward with the actors , steppemwolf meh, batmans whole plan just seems wtf. I mean I was shocked Incredibly bad writing. And one moment/sequence that just felt convoluted or out of place. Similar to the strange plotting in suicide squad and batman verse superman. They for sure struggled with the thing everyone is most hyped and wondering about.

Movie sounds awesome i can't wait. This is what i wanted a comic book movie i never wanted a golden multi award winning movie.

New trend? They haven't had an ounce of credibility in years. Have you seen the RT score for Ragnarok?

I think in the last 10 years there have been many good movies like the Nolan trilogy, at least 4 of the Fox Men movies, and some MCU films, but this is the first year that so many average to mediocre superhero films are ALL getting great reviews, to the point that 2017 is the "best" year for the hero genre, yet you look at the list of films in the high 80% or 90+%, and they're just ok, nothing great...that is what I'm talking about. Previous years had maybe one good movie getting the high score from critics, and the rest got average or bad reviews, but not this year. This is the year of "fun" becoming the only thing separating a "good film" from a bad film. If JL is really that flawed, and it gets good or great reviews just because it's entertaining, then it could be really bad for the genre.

Truth. Thor is a solid 7 at best. Tdk is a movie that deserves a 93. Seems like critics want to please the mouse

Its seems that most still don't understand how RT works 🤦🏿*♂️ just look at the average actual score. End of story. As for tjat tomato reveal (lol) no way its going to be negative.
