All of the talk of choppy editing in some of the reviews makes me think that Warner Bros. once again hurt themselves by mandating a shorter theatrical run time and that they’ll probably release a longer, better cut for the home releases. The Ultimate Cut of Batman v Superman, still had its problems, but it was definitely a more coherent version of the story. I just worry that some important plot elements may have been cut from the theatrical release, just for some arbitrary run time limit.

He looks fat with tiny arms. Come on.

Come on?? Hahhaa dude! I'm pretty sure that's just normal Henry cavil rocking an insanely awesome superman suit

Seriously why cant they just release the whole damn movie for once. Always this "wait for the better version at home".

I'm promise during most of the movie everyone is cgi so supermans face being kind of cgi for the mustache is not that distracting...

I don't think it's the editing that's a problem , it's really just the overall plot is horribly generic. And then the way the handled supermans plot was awful , but idk if that's aligning with what critics are saying. Also after having time to sleep on it , they are all pretty forgettable. Batman and wonderwoman get the most fun and just in general the most screentime. Flash, isn't annoying , but his jokes did fall flat. But then again he was the most prominent beside ww and bm (and his theme stood out to me as the best music from the movie ). Cyborg and aquaman hardly even existed.

Well, I'm a bit saddened by what we knew was inevitable (the Whedonization of the movie), but I'm still hoping for a good time.
I'm sure WB will release Snyder's movie somewhere along the line.

You can't possibly believe this.

I do I do. Is it tonally different from bvs yeah. But the end isn't tonally different from the beginning. There's no scene where batman kills a bunch of people and then jokes, there no lonnng slow break between action, it's all cartoony and rediculous from the first five minutes. BUT the opening credits song is the biggest WTF

You really can't see the eyeball kicking reshoots and pick up on the ear piercing Whedon dialogue?

I wish I was you.

Grace put up a spoilery tweet. Followers got mad. Her response is gold[emoji23]

As an example , I know a lot of people were picking apart the aquaman in front of a green screen on here. That is one shot that takes place during a conversation, DURING A CONVERSATION. It's a split second CLOSE UP of his face. no normal human being would realize. Whedonization? Anyone could have and probably has written most of these jokes before
flash falling on wonderowman , a classic joke that's been used in 100s of movies
it just so happens to work most of this time in the movie. Wether that's thanks to whedonization idk. Who knows maybe this will end this rediculous "connected universe " fad, at least for D.C. Because quite frankly I don't think anyone gives a **** about that gimmick anymore.

WB really needs to work on their cg. One guy said it's like the last part of Wonder Woman. Bad cg but great action.

C'mon, it's instantly reconizable, everything; the terrible lighting, camera angles, dialogue, no one with functioning eyes and ears would not realize Snyder did not direct that,, and that scene is only one of them, every single Whedon scene was instantly spotted by many.

Even without knowing about Whedon, anyone with a decent eye would've raised an eyebrow at such jarring differences in production.

Oh yeah cgi rubber versions of the Justice league for most of the movie. But batman looks amazing the entire time HAHAHAH. Dying to see this batman in his own movie.
