I actually think this Justice League movie is actually picking up some steam, i mean when multiple reports come out about Warners looking for Directors it usually leads to some sort of a "Green light", even if it does flop once it hits production like the movie has done before. Mabey Ben Afflack is right and lets just say the entertainmaint sites are just "Filling Pages", but lets look at the facts. the Dark Knight Legacy is over, they made alot of money no doubt. The Avengers/Marvel films are about to control the market for the next few years, i think a justice league movie is likely to happen soon, or never.

In terms of the directors iv heard, my favorites would be the Wachowskis, i LOVE the matrix movies, iv always said alot of the elements and sequences in those films would of made a bada$$ version of a superman movie. But thats IMO. But i dont see them doing it either. It seems like they have already peaked, even though Cloud Atlas looks pretty cool.
Afflack, no thanks, Hes talented but i think he should stay away from comicbook movies, just read them.
And Rattner, Naaa. I mean i actually kind of liked The Last Stand, thought it was pretty cool, Rush Hour 1 & 2? Yes i watched them. But now his reputation has been tarnished, and hes done it to himself. Hes just a hollywood schlub now. But i remember seeing an interview with him, some time after the superman rumor and he seemed upset, because he was actually a big fan of the comics, and everyone doubted him.
But that was then. This is now.

Warners needs to find there next visionary, and so far its none of the names i have heard.

I like the idea of Batman and Wonderwoman being together, it adds some dynamic to the characters.

DC needs to have a ringleader, they can't just keep throwing crap out and seeing what sticks and hope to be competitive.

I hate to say it, but their best bet is to throw Nolan huge sums of cash and form a "movieverse" for them with come of the DC team to check and balance his ideas. Nolan may not always have the best or closest source ideas, but he is very good at selling what he puts on screen and thats what they need, something that people will want to see, not another Green Lantern fiasco.

I wouldnt mind if Nolan was the 'GODFATHER' of a DC Cinematic Universe but it seems like his time is done. The TDK Legacy ended so well, it could work. It all depends what there planning with Man Of Steel.

DC is just desperate since marvel is a couple hundred steps ahead of them in the movie industrie. Their gonna try but I know they gonna fail. I mean look already at the summer tdkr pure trash. I can't wait to see what trash they gonna release next year...

WB needs to find a good writer who does not want to reinvent the League to write a fun story where all the characters come together to fight a foe worthy of Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, Flash, Aquaman, and maybe Cyborg or Martian Manhunter. The director has to have some affinity for the characters as well.
