This is great news, I hadn't heard anything official yet, but after a season like this it would have been a travesty if they hadn't renewed.

Finale seems kinda like a soft reboot. Like resetting all the pieces on the board.

I just have to shake my head at Ava. I don't know whether to feel bad for her, or just be like "well, you can't go off doing stuff like that". She's just not cut out for playing with the big boys.

Felt pretty bad for Boyd at the end there.

Yep, TWD was rather underwhelming at best.

It was touching at the end when Boyd broke into the house he was going to buy, just to take a last look at what life might have been with Ava.

Yup. Both of these moments were touching.

So odd since I'm watching The Shield right now to see Goggins as two completely different characters even though his looks are quite distinct. ******* that man is a fine actor.

For me, The Shield still remains the best show to ever grace cable. Goggins and Chiklis were spectacular!

That's how a finale is done! Raylan and Winona blowing away the goons, Sammy's boys taking out Nicky, the grave robbing, the whole Ava mess, the car ride with Raylan and Boyd... so much goodness in one episode. But what happened to Johnny?

FX has such great shows... I don't know what The Bridge is about but I'll check that out.

Agreed, the Shield remains one of my all time favorite shows ever, it had such a great cast and the guest stars were nothing short of spectacular, Anthony Anderson, Glen Close and Forrest Wittaker to name a few. For sure Michael Chiklis best work, he really broke the mold of the commish when he resurrected his career by playing Vic Mackey and Walton Goggins also did an amazing job. Someone needs to start a thread for The Shield really I could talk about how great this show was all day. Oh yeah and the finale for Justified was awesome too, I felt very bad for Boyd and I agree FX has some of he best shows, besides Sons, nip/tuck was good and Lights Out was awesome but it only went for one season.

I let a few episodes of this build up, catching up and ending the season tonight or tomorrow.

Episode 11 is probably my favorite of the season - the one with the circling the wagons standoff bit. I love when Gutterson gets to occasionally show off his awesome side, like in that one ep when he shot the guy in the tiny spot that would keep him from twitching.

And the constable is a boss in this episode.

Pumped for this season, one of the few shows that seems to outdo itself each year.

Love the commercial where he shoots the holes in dip****s pool just to be an ***.
