i've never seen something more beautiful then this in the 1/6-world.
every cm is geniusly perfect. unbelievable how perfect the suit looks on the shoulders. this is tremendous and stunning work my friend!

I need a better job for something like this ... I do understand why this is so expensive, every suit is hand made and probably takes several hours to Kato make only one... But I am sorry I don't see myself paying $500-700 for only a suit (and this is the best 1/6 suit I ever seen in my life), at this moment of my life this is not for me. I hope the lucky guys who will get this , enjoy the suit, I'll subscribe to the thread to see how everything ends

No that estimate is in USD, and it's only an estimate at this stage

This is clearly not for everyone but all I will say is that 1:6 clothing doesn't get any better than this

I am unable to make a suit in just serveral hours! This first jacket has taken me more than a month to develope

That is because it is the first jacket? or every each jacket will take 1 month?? I can't stop thinking it will take more than a year to fill all the pre orders.

Maybe you can outsource some parts of your job with your impresive quality standar.

I think that is the development time for the first jacket - I guess it took that long because Kato had to try a variety of materials and re-print the pattern on the cloth a few times before getting it right. Once the template is set, I imagine it takes a few hours, but maybe Kato can clarify.

no, the development for the jacket was more then one month, and this is the most complicated part of making the clothes. he had to search the right materials, purchasing it several times, as the companies haven't printed them alright, then developing the cut, the fit, the look of it.
every single stitch had to be planed carefully. as i said, this is the most complicated part on doing it and it costs the most part of the time.

then you can add those hours of putting all the fabrics together and the magic kato is doing on the clothes

it is just phenomenal and unbelievable what this man is creating. simply the BEST on what he's doing!

And, I believe the cost has more to do with the clothing being hand-made. The moment machines are involved, one can achieve economies of scale with the rising demand . Right now, in this case, we have just 36 people who're interested; which might go down in number when the actual selling price is declared. Hence, the high price.

Right, but hand made bespoke clothing will ALWAYS be better than machine made, that is for sure.
