I had the Double Down today and it wasnt bad. It was salty though. Not sure if I'll ever get another one since I dont go to KFC alot.

Just a quick update.

It's about 27 hours since my Double Down meal. I've had 2 BM's and they were both quite normal. No "oily discharce" or anything else out the the ordinary.

I did have some minor indigestion that lasted about 15 minutes, an hour after the DD, but not bad enough to eat the Rolaids in my pocket. I've had worse indigestion from a handful of corn chips.

Well ladies and gents, it is time. It is time to get down to business. It's time to get in the car and head to the holy land of KFC. Why? To get my mutha facking double down on!

A friend here at work just ate two Double Downs... True story!

Hmm, that's about 2 white meat chicken breasts, about 4 strips of bacon, and 4 slices of cheese.

Admitedly a lot of food, but probably better for you than the average double bacon cheese burger. In fact I would go as far as saying that this is health food.
