My apolligize to Darth Waller for my part in hijacking this thread. I have not tried this sandwhich yet but am looking forward to it.

No problem, man! :duff

I didn't realize this thread would have this much activity. I thought a couple people would try it and this thread would fade into obscurity.

Not sure why this thread took off so much. I guess those who have tried it ar enthusiastic because it tastes sooooo good. And those who haven't have made a stink about how gross it is.

Not sure why it has been so controversial.

As I have said before, this "sandwich" is on par with a million fast food items. Why all the talk about 'this makes me want to puke'?

I guess people are seeing it as a symbol or something. But it really is just fried chicken (a small white meat portion btw, and lots of people eat fried chicken) bacon (no more than you would get with breakfast in any resturant) and a couple pieces of cheese.

Haters: would you please explain why this bothers you so much. Skiman, if you're reading this, feel free to comment. I am genuinly trying to make sense of this.

Props to you. Your post makes a whole lot of sense. To many people are just using this sandwhich to say "See, see Americans are(glutonous, fat, spoiled, indifferent) pick your poison". I frankly get sick of it.

Funny how you accused me of stalking you a couple weeks ago but you have responded directly and indirectly towards me in posts I have made in the last couple of days. Another poster was 100% correct about you, you are an A-1 class hypocrite. You don't see the difference between actively posting in a thread and posting that a thread disgust you, but still decide to post in it anyway?

I just find it ironic that you tell people not to post here if they're not interested in the topic, yet, most of your hyperbolic posts are about bashing people's opinions on topics you don't care about... I guess I struck a chord... sorry... :dunno

So who's the hypocrite?... :monkey1

I keep meaning to change it, but there's something about it. :D

Don't dude!!
It's awesome!!!
:rock!

I see it as pretty much like movies such as The Rocky Horror Picture Show...

by itself...there is nothing much to it. But it happened at a time when the stars aligned pefectly to get an entertaining discussion going and that is developing into a cult following...

Now excuse me while I run out real quick and get a "Double-Down" T-shirt made.
