I was really looking forward to the scepter as well until I saw this picture posted on another forum. The poster said they saw the scepter on display in Hong Kong and took the pic. He described his disappointment that the battery compartment is clearly shown when the piece is displayed and it looks like a cheap toy this way. I may wait for more reviews until deciding to purchase it now.

I wouldn't take one person's opinion as gospel, not that I even care to begin with. I am sure this is not going to look like a toy. The size and heft alone is very nice, paint apps are outstanding.

Not forgiving the placement because it is stupid, but the compartment will face inwards to the hand when held properly upright and not seen. They have the button there so you can activate with squeeze of the grip, but it is an odd choice for the compartment. Could have ran + / - wires up the staff to the top from the butt of the staff. Hell I may just bore and fix it myself.:lol.

My shield has shipped, I'll get some photos and possibly a video when I get it. It will be my first 1:1 collectible!

Can't believe how heavy this thing is. 45 pounds according to fedex.

Can't wait for your pics and review, buddy :yess:

Wow!! Impressive!! How do you like the Pedestal to the Wall mount? They both look nice!! It was hard to decide which to get! I have on pre order Classic and WS on the Wall mount and the Damaged version on the pedestal!

Does anyone know the measurements of the pedestal yet ? Width and Depth ? I need to see where I will be displaying this guy :D
