Just got payment confirmation email from BBTS for Classic shield w/pedestal and the Loki scepter. USD400+ for shipping to the UK seems extortionate. Am I being unrealistic to expect it to be much cheaper than that? Sideshow usually charges me far lesser for big boxes (rulk the latest)

I may have to cancel my order if I cant reduce the shipping

Yeah just sent them a quick email now. Fingers crossed they can do better than that! It doesnt even include the 25% import tax

Estimated from wherever they are shipping from to the Northeast region was like $55. I'm curious too if that has changed or not.

Wish I could keep mine. Just not in the spot to afford this unless I want to give up weta balrog or smaug, which I don't and in the middle of moving and such. I figure I'll track one down, or another shield, in about a year and a half. Sending mine to another boardie. Luckily BBTS is pretty accommodating with that.
