Looks really good. Conflicted between this and Hot Toys. Where did you order yours from GRAW?

Someone gave up his first day VIP Pre-Order for this.

I took the shot right after playing with the demo at Toy Soul 2015 HK exhibition.

It is direct sales from the KA store in HK.

Looking at picking up the KA's HB, but was wondering how's the KA's Mk 43 compared to the S.H. Version? What's the difference between the two? Will the S.H. version fit properly into the KA's HB?

It uses larger size batteries on the HB, very easy to put in, no tools required, just it requires many many of them:) and some of the covers are VERY difficult to open, I have to trim down those locking tab before putting them back....
I don't think I'll be brave enough to do any type of trimming on my figure :lol

The details on this is impressive. :drool Thought it was Hot Toy's HB and Mark 43 in the picture at first.

Comparison: King Arts 1/9th Hulkbuster (with Mark 43) and Bandai SHF Hulkbuster

Does KA hulkbuster have the feet and hands articulation that HT boast about in their previous product updates??

It does. Compared to HT's prototype, KA has better articulation. Mainly in the shoulders. Can see how parallel the arms can be with one another.

Yeah I don't think the KA feet are nearly as articulated. I know some of it is but based on the hot toys promo and convention images it is much more articulated. It also has more options for the 43 in chest and HB helmet closing gimmick.

And before anyone says anything, I'm not trying to take anything away from the KA versions. It's much better then I anticipated, and I pre ordered it before anyway. It's great. But I think the hype is getting to some folks. Lol

But to early to say what hot toys can't do yet.
Yeah, that's why I said prototype. I'm sure HT was improve the figure seeing as how every company is putting out a HB right now.

Pretty impressed with what KA did with this figure though. Haven't been in the figure market for that long either and it came out better than expected.

EDIT: Forgot about HT's update on HB with their emphasis on the foot. It's def better. Wish KA they didn't go with the "putting the Mark 43 inside" gimmick. Would have helped.

Hot toys proto may be able to do the same cross pose, but they just didn't think to put it in it for a photo. And the back of the foot as added articulation as well. Plus the extra BD parts and the 1/2 closed and 3/4 closed helmet is cool too

Yeah King arts has been making a lot of improvements. They have been making some great products and getting better fast. Very impressed with them as a company.

Their 1/4 HB has a cool feature with the chest arc I thought was cool.

Any link to a thread on the King arts Mk 42? I want to read up on it- looks very nice

Stay away from their MK 42, it is their first pose-able ironman, bad QC, MK 43 has great improvement over the MK 42 even they are more or less the same mold.

The Figuarts Mark XLIII is about 6 inches tall, the KA version about 9 inches tall. If you put the Figuarts XLIII in the KA HB, you likely wouldn't be able to see its head.

Good point. The arms as well.
