Unfortunately I missed the PayPal 6 month window, but this was charged on my Amex and they allow disputes at any time. Will wait for Play-Asia to respond by tomorrow and if they balk on a refund I will dispute with Amex. I've saved all the email as well. Pretty awful customer service IMO to cancel my order and then ask for me to buy something else LOL!!
Yea mine was only about 2 months in but I got the feeling they were jerking me around. If I were you I would contact Amex now. I don't play around when people refuse to give me answers.
