Yesssiree bob, I got confused cause I read Kojun and Weapon X... my brain literally blocked out all the other words.... so there you win I lose.

I wonder if any of his 'classics' will get revisited?

I'd be surprised if we don't get at least one Pacino, and with the HT Brando as The Godfather, a Michael Corleone might make a lot of sense.

Especially being as limited as it is too.

Even a Hot Toys one, if for some weird reason I had trouble tracking it down I'd be willing.

I just had a realization, I really hope HT does a Scarface at some point, with no sculpted neck in his final battle suit so you can properly pose him, "say ello to my lil friend!"

Anything Pacino would be a ridiculously easy and fast sell out / money maker. Lets hope its on the agenda

Incredible and amazing job!!!
I'd like that KOJUN could participate on this forum and share his knowledge and techniques.
And if you ask me, I'd like a Christopher Reeve sculpted by him. It would be really cool  and of course a super freaking Sold Out.
Hey KOJUN! If you are reading those lines, talk to your boss and tell him that there's a lot of money waiting on a red cape.
Excellent work my friend :bow

The only work I've seen by this Kojun dude is his 10 custom made Jack Sparrow and its awesome work! I may start getting some 1/6th figures if he brings the same quality to Hot Toys!

Being appreciated for what you do is something that monetary rewards can't compare to. I'm not an artist but I've had similar experience where the thanks I got from ppl meant more that the money received.

amen to that. it's what job satisfaction, or doing charity/social work feels like. money can never buy that. :peace:cool:

I understand your point of view, but for me, it's this level of talent that helps me justify shelling out so much money for a "doll". To me, it is bringing home an exceptional work of art that I may not have had a chance to admire and adore on a daily basis. I believe toy sculptors ARE our generations versions of Michaelangelo and DaVinci. Instead of being commissioned for huge pieces for vast sums of money as it was back then, they are making nice money consistently and a smaller yet more widely dispersed scale. Museums still have their place, but for me, all I have to do is gaze in my Detolf to see some real masterworks....

that's EXACTLY how i feel abt this hobby. 1/6, PFs, life-sized, prop replicas, etc. these are works of art to me, first and foremost. i admire the craftsmanship, the loving attention to detail and most of all, the passion that shines thru in a well-made collectible. it's heart-warming. and it's why i got into collecting in the first place.

ps: yaaay, i just hit 2my 200th post! ahem. cheap thrill.
