He was able to hide this for so long.

There's something wrong with the governing bodies that promote and mediate this sporting event.

I mean, we all know this would never happen in Major League Baseball.

Where the hell is the sarcasm emoticon?

And that's all that needs to be said. He never failed a test.

:lecture Agreed. Not sure if he's a cheat or not, but without any evidence to prove it he's still the champ IMO.

show me a failed drug test :huh

Lance is right. It's a witch hunt.

Have real proof or piss off.

B/c they've been on his nuts for years and Armstrong is tired of dealing with it :dunno

It is so unbelievably satisfying to see the usual suspects who rushed to defend Armstrong get their comeuppance.

Can any of you admit that you were completely and utterly wrong and that cheating on the drug tests was a fundamental part of cheating overall?

He's definitely a "legand" so I don't know what were arguing about. :dunno

In my laziness to change the channel I had CNN on tonight, and those guys were just RIPPING Lance. I hadn't followed all the grueling details of this, but it seems he was bullying people, trying to ruin the lives of those calling him out. Called someone a "prostitute" for doing it or something? Cheating and lying about it is one thing, but doing all that is beyond pathetic if it's all true.

Lance is a cheat
Period, case closed!
Now comes all the lawsuits and he will loose it all

I saw an interview about this as well. The wife of one of the cyclists that wanted to report Lance Armstrong was talking about how they'd get threatening phone calls and and texts or something of that nature.

Sports would be so much better if roids were legal. Either way, who cares about some dude riding a bike.

And right on cue ink delivers the exactly the sort of cowardly dodge I was expecting.

Seriously: Can you Internet Tough-guys™ not even admit you are wrong when your "legand" admits he lied repeatedly and did in fact cheat?

I know and think the guy is a major cheater. That said I also find you disturbed and repugnant. Any questions?

Yes, I do have a question. Why are you fighting other people's fights?

I never quoted you or addressed you in any way on this subject. In fact you appear to have seen Armstrong as a likely cheater from the start of this thread, just like me.

You just make ink and the others look even more cowardly when you can so unequivocally say what Armstrong is and they can not.

Nonsense...

The fact that there are so many cars prevents them from driving faster. If the road was clear enough to allow cars to drive faster, then there wouldn't be any congestion, and then the idea of going faster to prevent congestion would be a moot issue. So yes, if people drove faster, there would be less congestion, but not because they drove faster. Driving faster is indicative of less congestion. It does not manifest it.

Who cares about some dude bouncing a ball or throwing a ball or hitting a ball?
It's all pretty pointless to WATCH other people participate in athletic events. Athletic events are first and foremost about EXERCISE, not about sitting on your fat behind on a lazy boy with pizza and beer in a room full of your friends.
Exercise or fail.
Watching athletic events on TV is porn for people who aren't fit.

Fact of the matter is, it had to come from him. I've thought he was an obnoxious prick for years and likely to have cheated but I wasn't there to see him do it either. I rooted for him initially and it was the perfect story but when Greg LeMond started expressing doubts about Lance, that was the turning point for me. Lance's overaggressive behavior was a big tip off too.

I don't blame folks for wanting to defend him previously as long as they didn't try to slam honest inquiry. It's been said before but anytime someone gets that famous, it's easy to forget how human they can really be.
