I was hoping you could help me. :lol

It was like his legs were curled up with black tips.

This?

Now thats a Muto.

Yup. :lol

So that was fan art. :slap

No, sorry, that's not fan art, it's a still from the concept trailer Edwards created to pitch to WB for support.

There was no intent to use that creature for the film, Edwards came up with it just to fit the multi-armed part of the Oppenheimer quote he used for the audio.

LOL except that Aliens is one of the greatest action movies ever made with a lead that was nominated for an oscar for her performance. I liked the new godzilla but it's nowhere near Aliens or Alien.

:lol no, no. I was commenting on how Godzilla vs Destoroyah rips off quite a bit from ALIENS in the early parts of the film.

That's not why that pic was posted, there's a scene in Godzilla vs Destroyah that feels straight out of aliens and I commented on it.

Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah poorly rips of Terminator

Godzilla vs. Mothra: Battle For Earth poorly rips off Indiana Jones

It's just the way it is.

But vs MOTHRA only rips off Indy for the opening sequence (which was actually pretty well done) and the bridge scene; vs GHIDORAH rips of STAR TREK and THE TERMINATOR for huge chunks of the plot.

Finally watched it, I loved it, a little slow in the middle and it could have used a bit more Godzilla, at least an uncut fight sequence without going back and forward to the humans, but other than that, it was very cool, the sound and score were amazing.

:lol

Bio gave me $5.00 to say that. :lol

Thomas Tull:

“Gareth's filmmaking talent makes him one of his generation's most creative and visionary directors,” says Tull. “The plan has always been for Gareth to direct a different film before we started on another 'Godzilla,' but who knew it would be a 'Star Wars' installment? We have a great plan in store for 'Godzilla' fans and I am looking forward to seeing Gareth’s imprint on the 'Star Wars' universe.”

The Hollywood Reporter goes on to say that Edwards is attached not only for a Godzilla sequel, but for a full Godzilla trilogy.
