Just saw this Trailer in IMAX finally, and seeing that last scene on the IMAX screen was a thing of beauty. I didn't get a true sense of scale on my computer, but in IMAX it was insane.

Btw, we were discussing Godzilla's size recently, and rumors put him around 400 feet tall, and based on this link (I know it's wiki), there are nearly 30 buildings in San Franciso that are at least 50 feet taller, some as much as double.

I'd imagine the heights of buildings was considered in determining his size, 400 feet seems tall enough to tower over a number of structures while still being smaller against the overall cityscape.
